SET in the beautiful surroundings of Ayscoughfee Hall Museum and Gardens, Spalding's Feelgood Show
is our flagship event, now in its third year.
Organised by Cowbit based communications
and events business, Turquoise Tiger, The Feelgood Show aims to create a relaxing, welcoming environment featuring all kinds of feelgood therapies and
activities designed to help you unwind and de-stress.
The
two day event, which is free to attend, is open from 10.30am to 4pm each day and features a full programme of free feelgood
talks and demonstrations.
A wide range of stands will be
dotted around the beautiful listed building selling everything from crystals and minerals through to a wide selection of jewellery,
wands, ceremonial and divination tools, scented candles and natural healthcare products. Psychics and card readers will also
be in situe for those wanting some divine guidance.
Visitors
to the event will be encouraged to make their mark by sharing some words of inspiration or wisdom in our Kind Words book.
The book will be kept by the organisers, with many of the quotes being reproduced on www.facebook.com/TheFeelgoodShow after the show.
“Who knows? If we get lots of kind words, we could turn them into a book so that others will benefit from these
words of wisdom,” says Alison Bowie, Feelgood Show co-organiser.
Alison adds: “We’ve got a great range of stands, therapies, activities and products all designed to help
visitors relax and have fun so we really hope that many people will come along and join us for what we hope will be a fabulous,
uplifting weekend for all those involved.”
Ayscoughfee
Hall boasts a wonderful cafe in the grounds, as well as some amazing gardens to explore.
DON'T
MISS: Ayscoughfee Gardens' ancient yew tree walk... a perfect place for a spot of meditation and
