At a time when we're all bombarded with negative headlines and negative attitudes, The Feelgood Show aims to be that silver lining in the cloud - a place you can go for a few hours to relax, unwind and focus on the positive.

Whether you're in need of a card reading, want some holistic pampering, would like to treat yourself or a loved one to a special gift or try out a new feelgood activity, our show's for you.

There's so much to see and do in the beautiful settings of historic Stamford Arts Centre, Stamford, and Ayscoughfee Hall, Spalding, Lincolnshire, we hope you'll want to stay awhile and soak up the great atmosphere.

Featuring an eclectic mix of stalls and activities, the whole focus of these events will be to help you feelgood about yourself, those you love, and those you have yet to meet.
